4. Accuracy of results

We work hard to keep our calculators correct and our information current, and we explain how each result is calculated. Even so, results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on simplifying assumptions, such as a set number of paychecks per year. Rates, laws and lender rules change, and your situation may differ. We do not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete or suitable for your needs.

5. Our content

The text, calculators, code, design and other content on the site belong to FinRise Tools, except where we say otherwise, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The standard mathematical formulas we explain are not owned by anyone, and you are free to use them.

6. Messages you send us

If you send us feedback, corrections or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve the site without owing you anything. We handle any personal information in your message as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising and links to other websites

The site may show advertising, including ads served by Google, and may link to other websites such as government sources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products or advertisements. Showing an ad or a link does not mean we endorse it.

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
